Seminar is an introduction to the requirements and instructions for producing appraisal forms in accordance with the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) effective September 1, 2011.  These requirements will impact many appraisal forms used in conjunction with conventional mortgage loans sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
