“
February's "Happy Hour" was a success!!!
Over 20 people showed up on Friday afternoon at Palmers Grill in
Farmingdale to enjoy cocktails and camaraderie with fellow appraisers and real
estate industry members. Some were new to the appraisal field and others were
old veterans. A special thanks to Ken Parsons for getting the word out to
his group. I spoke to people I had not seen in years. We are
thinking of having another one in May, possibly at the Carlyle on the Green at
Bethpage State Golf Course. Please

to let me know if you are interested so I can start the people count.
Thanks again for all who attended. And to those who missed it, the Happy
