partners with Hofstra
University to offer a Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Licensing/Certification program at the University campus in Hempstead, NY.
This program satisfies the course requirements of New York State
Department of State for three levels of Residential licensing in New York:
Appraiser Assistant, State Licensed, and State Certified.
Besides these courses, there are additional requirements for
appraiser licensing/certification in
New York State.
