Real Estate Appraiser Qualifying Courses

 

Our Residential Real Estate Appraiser Licensing/Certification program satisfies the course requirements of New York State Department of State for three levels of residential appraiser licensing in New York:  Appraiser Assistant, State Licensed, and State Certified.

Basic Appraisal Procedures (R-6)

 
15 Hour National USPAP  

Residential Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use (R-7)

 

Residential Appraisal Site Valuation and Cost Approach (R-8)

 

Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approach (R-9)

 

Residential Report Writing and Case Studies (R-10)

 
Required Courses for State Certified Appraiser (the seven courses above plus the following three courses)
Statistics, Modeling and Finance (SMF)  
Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies (R-11)  

Introduction to Residential Income Properties (RE-1)

Fair Housing/Fair Lending and Environmental Studies (RE-2)
