The Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers
partners with Hofstra
University to offer a Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Licensing/Certification program at the University campus in Hempstead, NY.
This program satisfies
the course requirements of New York State Department of State for three
levels of Residential licensing in New York: Appraiser Assistant,
State Licensed, and State Certified. Courses are also recommended
for real estate professionals looking to gain some knowledge in
appraising. Courses are approved for real estate c.e. credit.
All courses must be taken in the sequence indicated below, except
Fair Housing/Fair Lending and
15 Hour National
USPAP.
