Discussion of lending and foreclosure processes for Real Estate Owned (REO) and foreclosed properties and discussion of how appraisers properly valuate these types of units

 

  Data Verification Methods

Discussion of a variety of techniques used by both residential and commercial appraisers to identify or confirm market data

 

  Analyzing Operating Expenses

Discussion of methods for analyzing and supporting operating expenses, including various sources of information, along with a discussion of the various categories of expense items
