Researcher for commercial real estate appraiser. Prior real estate related experience a plus. Part time 1099 position, hours vary. Auto, laptop computer and digital camera required. Applicant must be willing to do field work throughout Metro NYC and lower Hudson Valley in addition to phone interviews and online research. Position is combination work at home/work in field. Some partial days required in our Westchester office. Must be available during normal business hours. Computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs a plus.
