*Section 1107.7 of State Certified and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser License Law states: 

"An individual who successfully completes a qualifying appraiser course during any license term in anticipation of

changing its appraiser classification may receive continuing education credit for such a course."  Please check with

Department of State to verify your eligibility for taking a qualifying course for continuing education credit, as not

all appraiser classifications are eligible for all courses.
