For your convenience, the Columbia Society offers continuing education seminars at Koenig's Restaurant in Floral Park, NY, and at the Staten Island Board of Realtors in Staten Island, NY. 

Seminars are given in comfortable classroom surroundings, and many times costs include lunch and/or dinner. 

Our instructors are among the most highly respected in the industry.  They are approved by New York State Department of State. 

All seminars given by the Society are approved by New York State Department of State for appraiser continuing education credit.  Many are also approved for real estate continuing education credit.
